| Flag Retirement - On June 14th, Flag Day, we retire old, worn, faded and tattered United States flags. We collect flags year round, so please bring flags into the museum Veterans Day - We hold a Veterans Day ceremony annually to honor all our living veterans. Memorial Day - We will be hosting a Memorial Day observance in 2007. Details will follow. This will be a new annual event. Show and Tell - Since we do not have the space to bring the schools to us, we are taking the museum to the schools and community functions. This program can be molded to what the teacher or persons want. Whether it is a 20 - 30 minute talk on the Civil War, World War I, World War II, Korea and Vietnam, or having a veteran come to share their experiences. Please contact us for details.
